Care Instructions
Homewares
Clean your timber homewares as you would hand-washing any other dishes. Use a mild solution of water, dish soap and a cloth. Avoid leaving them soaking in water for long periods. Dry them with a clean tea towel and store them somewhere dry (and preferably on display).
Don't use any abrasive pads as they can scratch and damage the timber.
Re-oiling Homewares
We have developed our very own natural Wood-Butter to condition and nourish our timber homewares. It uses all natural ingredients so it’s completely safe to handle you’re food. Please note, it’s not that kind of butter - it's for your timber, not your toast!
Re-oiling Homewares
To keep your timber homewares in tip-top condition, treat them right. As timber lovers we use our Wood Butter to condition and nourish them – applying it once every 9 to 12 months. It’s easy: just rub it in with a clean, lint free cloth and it will leave your timber homewares glowing and happy.
But hey, if you just want to give them a bit of a drink between re-oiling – use a splash of olive oil. Rub it on, wipe off the excess and leave till touch dry – typically 20 mins.
