Shipping & Returns

Orders

We check orders at the end of each working day and package and ship accordingly. As a small studio making handcrafted timber products, sometimes we have to ‘make to order.’ If this is the case, we’ll absolutely let you know when we’ll be shipping it to you.

Typically, our Filter Friends, Tablemates and Coasters are in stock. Our other pieces are often made to order – but we’ll always let you know.

Shipping Info

We use Australia Post, shipping Australia-wide from Melbourne.

Standard delivery typically takes 2 – 4 business days same-state and 3 - 6 business days interstate once dispatched.

Express delivery typically takes 1 - 2 business days same-state and 1 - 3 business days interstate once dispatched.

We’ll email you the Tracking number as soon as your items are on their way.

Local-pickup is also available from our workshop in Taggerty. We will get in touch with you ASAP to organise when.

Packaging

In case you’re wondering, we pack using recycled and sustainable materials as much as possible – which is almost always. That’s important to us.

Returns Policy

If you think there is a problem with what you receive, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Explain what the problem is and send us some pics. We’ll get in touch with you ASAP.

We know you know, but it’s a requirement for us to state that “if returning an item, it must be unused and in its original condition, with proof of purchase”.

Refunds

If there is to be a refund and you're waiting for the funds to hit your bank account, allow approx 5 business days from when we get the product back – banks are slow!

The refund will get back to you via the original payment method.

Exchanges

Being a natural timber product – each one is unique. If you want to look at exchanging yours, contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Damaged items

If your item arrives damaged, let us know ASAP and please email photos and order details.

We’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.
